Who we are

ALNAIR OÜ founded in 2019 in Tartu, Estonia, is a multi-purpose advisory and trading company. Even though the company itself was founded relatively recently, the team that makes it is comprised of high class specialists with over a decade of experience in their respective fields.
Our business activities focus on facilitating import and export, in particular e-commerce, and trading of industrial and consumer products, agricultural goods, commodities, minerals and raw materials.

 

In addition, we provide global trade services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), public institutions, semi-public and private organizations. We act as import or export brokers or international trade agents, foreign trade advisers and international business consultants (import consultants or export consultants). Our service portfolio includes global sourcing and international procurement, business development in new markets, market development for new businesses, export management, manufacturer and sales representation (commercial representation), import and export distribution and trade marketing.

Dr Jacek Nowak

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Dr Jacek Nowak is the Founder and Director of the Eurasian Cooperation Organisation in Radom, Poland. He is also the Executive Director of the Institute for Intercultural Communication and Interdisciplinary Studies SILK ROAD.

In addition to his leadership experience in the NGO sector, Dr. Nowak pursues a career in International affairs. Previously, Dr. Nowak was a Visiting Scholar at Peking University, China (2011), at the Fribourg University, Switzerland (2013), at the Pushkin University, Russia (2016) and at the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies (2020). He specializes in Eastern Partnership, EU-Russia relations, Energy economics and Eurasian Economic Union.

Dr. Nowak has served as an adviser to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, to the Office of the European Commission at the European Parliament; and continues to work as adviser to the Polish and international institutions and organisations.

An expert with 40 years of experience in pro-health and pro-ecological innovations. For almost 15 years, the only forensic expert in paramedicine in Poland, a long-term member of the Branch Commission of the Polish Craft Union in Warsaw.

The former expert in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland (“The Poland development aid” programme), with many years of experience in the use and application of expertological methods in economic forecasting and risk assessment, and evaluation and estimation in macro- and microeconomics.

The co-founder and President of the international Institute for Intercultural Communication and Interdisciplinary Studies SILK ROAD, which studies intercultural communication and dialogue, carries out economic and commercial research and analysis, implements and evaluates innovative solutions, and promotes and protects health. IIC&IS SILK ROAD is registered in the European Parliament and the European Commission. Cooperates and implements projects with non-governmental organisations with similar objectives at home and abroad, i.a. with the Eurasian Cooperation Organization, a foundation promoting and supporting the idea of Eurasian cooperation in the European Union. Within the Institute’s activities, responsible for a number of interdisciplinary studies, i.a. on the Silk Road and its historical and contemporary development determinants.
